- An upfront 50% (Non-refundable) deposit is required before I move past the sketching stage.
- I will inform you when I require the rest of the payment for you to receive the finished work.
- If you need to cancel after the upfront payment but BEFORE coloring approval*, I will give a partial refund.

- In the rare case that I am unable to complete the commission after starting, I will give you a partial refund.
